At Iri Spa, we understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
If you're feeling unwell—experiencing symptoms such as fever, chills, cough, or sinus issues—we encourage you to cancel or reschedule your visit to ensure the well-being of both our clients and staff.
Appointments missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a No-Show/Cancellation Fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service.
No-Shows: All future appointments at Iri Spa will be automatically canceled unless the missed service is paid in full.
As a private skincare and massage studio, Iri Spa reserves your appointment time exclusively for you. If you arrive with any contraindications (listed below) that prevent treatment—and you have not notified us in advance—we reserve the right to charge your card on file up to 100% of the service fee.
For your safety and to ensure the best possible outcome of your treatment, please inform us prior to your appointment if any of the following apply to you:
- Active COVID-19 or recent exposure, including any variants
- High fever, flu symptoms, or other signs of illness
- Open wounds, cold sores, or fever blisters
- Sunburn in the treatment area
- Under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs
- Dental abscesses or active oral infections
- Recent or undiagnosed injuries to the face or neck
- Undiagnosed lumps or swelling in the treatment area
- Rhinoplasty (within the past 6 months)
- Recent facial or jaw surgery
- Botox or Dysport injections within the last 2 weeks
- Dermal fillers or thread lifts within the last 6 weeks
- Any other contagious or transmissible conditions
If any of these apply and you have not notified us in advance, we may not be able to proceed with your treatment, and a cancellation fee may apply.
Iri Spa accepts all major credit cards, along with convenient contactless payment options for your ease and safety. You're also welcome to prepay for your service when booking online.
Gratuities are not required but are always appreciated as a gesture of thanks for your service provider.
Damaged Items & Shipping Errors
If your order arrives damaged or if there was an error in shipping, Iri Spa will replace the product at no cost to you. Please contact us at irispatx@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order to request a replacement.
A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for the return of the damaged item. Replacements will be sent once the returned product is received. If the return is not received within 30 days, the customer will be charged for the replacement item. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the return is properly shipped and delivered back to Iri Spa.
Other Returns
Please note that we do not accept returns on opened products. Unopened items may be eligible for return on a case-by-case basis and must be approved in advance.

- We are unable to accept returns or provide replacements for products purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers.
